Questions
Will my app work?
If it is a 32-bit Intel app, maybe. Download the trial and add it: Bisotun tells you whether it can load before you spend anything.
What happens when my year of updates ends?
Bisotun keeps working. You keep the last version released during your year. Newer versions are $12 a year.
Can I move my license to a new Mac?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old Mac in License Settings, then activate it on the new one. A license is active on one Mac at a time, and can move to two new Macs in any 30 days.
Does it work offline?
Yes. A licensed Mac checks in about once a week and keeps working for 14 days without a connection.
What does Bisotun send over the network?
License checks only. Each carries the app version, your macOS version, your chip model and an anonymous device ID. There is no other tracking.
Can I get a refund?
The refund terms will be published here before Bisotun goes on sale. Refunds
Why is it called Bisotun?
After the Bisotun inscription in Iran, carved around 520 BCE with one text in three scripts. Reading one of them is what let the lost ones be read again.
